- 2-inch thick round steak
- 1 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Method
- Poke meat with a fork.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Pour over the meat and marinate overnight.
- Turn meat over and baste in a.m. Continue to marinate until ready to grill. Grill approximately 20 minutes.
