- 3 jars small bottom mushrooms (whole)
- 1/4 tsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 c. stuffed olives (whole)
- 3 Tbsp. grated fine onions with juice
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Best when refrigerated 24 hours before serving, so as to marinate.
- Stir at least once.
