- 1 lb. box small shells
- 1 to 2 medium green peppers
- 1 small onion
- 2 to 4 stalks celery
- 1 to 3 carrots
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2/3 c. oil
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook shells according to directions.
- Rinse in cold water. Drain and set aside.
- Chop green pepper, onion and celery into small pieces.
- Grate carrot.
- Mix soup, oil, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard, pepper and salt in saucepan.
- Boil for 3 minutes.
- Pour over macaroni.
- Add vegetables.
- Marinate overnight or for several hours.
