Ingredients
- 1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) boneless beef eye of round roast
- seasoned salt
- lemon-pepper seasoning
- meat tenderizer
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Italian dressing
- 1/4 c. bourbon or whiskey
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Method
- Pierce roast.
- Season lightly with first 3 ingredients.
- Place in a large, plastic bag; set in deep bowl.
- Mix all liquid ingredients.
- Pour over roast in bag.
- Marinate in refrigerator overnight, turning occasionally.
