Ingredients
- small okra
- 1 tsp. dill seed or 1 head fresh dill
- dash of salt
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic (whole, chopped or minced)
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 pod hot pepper
Method
- Pack okra in hot jars.
- Add dill, salt, garlic and hot pepper. Heat vinegar and water to boiling.
- Pour over okra; seal. Process
- 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
- Makes 1 pint.
