- 2 lb. carrots, cut in 1/4-inch slices
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3 medium onions, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. cider vinegar
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Cook carrots about 10 minutes.
- Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over carrots.
- Let stand overnight.
- Keep well refrigerated.
