Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots
- bell pepper
- onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
Method
- Slice and boil carrots. Layer carrots, onion (sliced) and bell pepper rings in large casserole dish. Heat soup, sugar, oil, vinegar and Worcestershire until sugar dissolves. Pour over carrots-onion and pepper. Serve warm or cold.
