Ingredients
- 3 (15 ounce.) cans black eye peas, liquid removed Or possibly 6 c. cooked black eye peas
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 dashes Tabasco
- Onion rings
- Green pepper rings
Method
- Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl, stirring well.
- Cover with green pepper or possibly onion rings and marinate.
- 12 servings.
