Ingredients
- 1 c. orzo
- 2 c. organic chicken broth
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
- 1/3 c. grated fresh parmesan
- 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Saute orzo in olive oil. Add chicken broth and cook on low simmer until al dente. Remove from heat and stir in basil and parmesan. Done!
