Ingredients
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can artichokes (reg. soup can size)
- 1 C mayo
- 1 C parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 t garlic powder
Method
- Chop water chestnuts until fine.
- Chop artichokes.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place in glass pie plate.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Place cookie sheet on shelf under pie plate to catch overlow. It's done when it bubbles on the sides and is slightly burned on top.
