Ingredients
- 1 large can Ricotta
- 3 eggs
- 1 small Mozzarella, grated
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- dash of salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- tomato sauce
Method
- Mix all ingredients well. Take 1 shell.
- Spoon a tablespoon of cheese mixture into middle of shell.
- Fold both sides over to the middle.
- Do the same with rest of shells.
