Ingredients
- 2 mangoes
- 4 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons sugar
Method
- Beat all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze anywhere from 6-8 hours, until set.
- If you don't have popsicle molds, you can pour into a regular container and freeze and serve as frozen mango lassi.
- Use additional toppings like roasted and crushed pistachios, crushed peanut brittle etc.
