Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- heaping Tbsp. flour
- grate the rind of 2 large lemons and also the juice
- 3 egg yolks, well beaten
- 1 c. milk
- sprinkle of salt
Method
- Beat egg whites and add last.
- Put into unbaked pie shell; bake at 400° for 8 minutes, then at 350° for about 25 minutes. Don't let top get too dark.
