Ingredients
- 1 c. grated broccoli
- 1 c. grated cauliflower
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- pinch of sea salt to taste
- 1 c. tofu, mashed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. kelp
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Shape and lay on a bed of lettuce. Top with seafood sauce.
