Ingredients

  • 1 pck Maifun Rice sticks (6.75 oz)
  • 2 small packages shredded carrots
  • 1 cup raisans
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup grapeseed oil

Method

  • 1. Add oil, soy sauce, raisins, and carrots into large skillet and sautee on medium high heat until tender. Remove into separate dish.
  • 2. Add chicken stock to sauce pan and add maifun broken into smaller pieces. Book stock and cook until tender.
  • 3. Mix all ingredients together and decide hot or cold serving.
