Ingredients
- 1 pck Maifun Rice sticks (6.75 oz)
- 2 small packages shredded carrots
- 1 cup raisans
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup grapeseed oil
Method
- 1. Add oil, soy sauce, raisins, and carrots into large skillet and sautee on medium high heat until tender. Remove into separate dish.
- 2. Add chicken stock to sauce pan and add maifun broken into smaller pieces. Book stock and cook until tender.
- 3. Mix all ingredients together and decide hot or cold serving.
