Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. low fat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 c. sliced green onions
  • 1 c. frozen green peas (thawed)
  • 3/4 c. diced reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. diced carrots
  • 1/2 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced lean ham

Method

  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, parsley, pickle relish, and white pepper in a large bowl.
  • Stir well.
  • Add macaroni and remaining ingredients.
  • Toss well to coat.
  • Cover and chill. (Serves 8.)
