Ingredients
- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. chopped onion (optional)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain. Mix all other ingredients together, add macaroni and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into baking dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. If you like it cheesier, add few slices Velveeta.
