Ingredients

  • 1 c. elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 c. diced onions
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Method

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  • Drain.
  • Cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is not pink.
  • Drain and rinse. Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce, catsup, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning.
  • Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes. Mix in cooked macaroni.
  • Simmer 5 more minutes.
