- 1 c. elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. catsup
- 8 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is not pink.
- Drain and rinse. Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce, catsup, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning.
- Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes. Mix in cooked macaroni.
- Simmer 5 more minutes.
