Ingredients
- 2 c. macaroni
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- Lawry's salt to taste
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- seasoned bread crumbs
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Boil macaroni and drain.
- In a separate pan, melt and mix butter with flour and Lawry's salt.
- Add milk and stir until it boils.
- Let boil one minute, then add shredded Cheddar cheese and Lawry's salt.
- Mix well with macaroni in a casserole dish.
- Top with seasoned bread crumbs, cover completely. Bake uncovered for 18 to 20 minutes.
