Ingredients
- 1 box elbow macaroni
- sharp cheese
- milk
- saltines
- season to taste
Method
- Quantity of cheese, milk and saltines depends on your individual taste.
- Cook macaroni as direction states on box and drain well.
- Lightly grease or spray with Pam a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Spread 1/2 of macaroni in bottom of dish.
- Slice cheese and lay 1/2 of slices over macaroni.
- Spread remaining macaroni on top of cheese, then cover with remaining cheese to complete second layer.
- Crumble saltines and sprinkle over top. Add enough milk to cover both layers of macaroni.
- Bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until milk is set.
