Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 lb. cheese (Colby, sharp; whatever you like)
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add flour and seasonings.
- Blend; add milk. Cook slow until thick and smooth; add cheese and stir until melted.
