Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- fresh broccoli pieces
- Velveeta
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- Durkee onions (15 oz. can)
Method
- Boil, debone and cut chicken into chunks.
- Layer chicken and broccoli in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cover with slices of Velveeta. Spread soup and mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with Durkee onions.
- Bake, uncovered, for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.
