Ingredients
- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 3 c. milk
- 4 eggs
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 lb. margarine
Method
- Cook macaroni in salty water as directed.
- Drain and put back in pot.
- Add butter to macaroni, then add whipped eggs and milk. Stir in cheese.
- Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until liquid is firm, but not dry.
