Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese (with powdered cheese sauce)
- 2 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1/3 c. low-fat sour cream
Method
- Cook macaroni and omit the salt.
- Drain.
- Add milk and sour cream instead of oleo.
- Mix to coat evenly. Add cheese packet and mix well.
- Serves 3 or 4.
