Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese grated
- 1 1/4 cups pasta, elbow macaroni cooked
Method
- Heat butter in pan.
- Add flour and cook over medium heat.
- Stir regularly until mixture thickens.
- Gradually stir in milk until mixture boils and thickens.
- Add cheese and macaroni and stir until cheese is melted.
