Ingredients
- 1 (7 ounce.) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 (16 ounce.) can whole kernel corn, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 (16 ounce.) can cream style corn
Method
- Mix all ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min uncovered.
