Ingredients
- red potatoes
- 1 onion
- shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
- pepper
- rosemary leaves
Method
- Layer thin sliced potatoes, then onion.
- Sprinkle with pepper and rosemary, then shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Use medium size baking dish.
- Pour chicken broth over layers (use enough broth to cover potatoes).
- Bake at approximately 350° for 45 minutes, covered, then approximately 15 minutes, uncovered.
