Ingredients
- 2 cartons Egg Beaters (equals 8 eggs)
- 3 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 gal. 2% milk (approximately)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
Method
- Beat Egg Beaters until fluffy.
- Gradually add other ingredients, mixing well.
- Pour into 6-quart ice cream freezer. Add milk to fill line.
- Freeze according to freezer directions.
