Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 oz. packet Butter Buds
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
  • In mixer bowl, mix sugar and Butter Buds.
  • Add water to sugar mixture and beat until well mixed.
  • Add eggs and beat well.
  • Add flour mixture and milk alternately to egg mixture at slow speed.
  • Add vanilla.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
