Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1 can (14 ounces) fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1-1/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method

  • In a bowl, beat egg substitute for 1 minute or until frothy and slightly thickened. Stir in milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt; add to the egg mixture and mix well.

  • coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
