- 4 egg whites lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup apple concentrate
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup bran 100%%
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
- Add wet ingredients and mix together.
- Optional - 1/2 cup raisins.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 17 to 22 minutes.
- 24 muffins.
- 67 calories per muffin.
