Ingredients
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. cream
- 1 c. maple syrup
- 2 c. pecan halves
Method
- Combine powdered sugar and cream and boil to soft ball stage, 236°.
- Then beat until mixture begins to sugar.
- Add nuts and drop on greased waxed paper into 2-inch patties.
- Wrap individually in plastic wrap.
- Makes about 24.
