Ingredients
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients together until smooth.
- Place muffin liners in tins.
- Place 1 vanilla wafer in each tin liner.
- Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 375°. Let cool. Top with fresh fruit or the filling of your choice. Chill.
