Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 onion, peeled and diced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2/3 c. milk
- salt and pepper
Method
- Grease square baking dish.
- Layer the potatoes, then chicken, then onion.
- Combine the soup and milk.
- Pour over the chicken. Bake, covered, at 375° for 45 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes.
- Serves 4.
