Ingredients
- 6 to 8 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. cooking sherry
Method
- Brown breasts in butter.
- Combine soups and milk and pour over chicken.
- You may refrigerate this dish if you wish to prepare it ahead of time.
- When ready to bake, add sherry.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
