Ingredients
- 3 c. cabbage, chopped, cooked and drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. V-8 or tomato juice
- 1 can sliced carrots, drained
- 3/4 c. celery, chopped and cooked
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 c. green pepper, cooked slightly
Method
- Combine all ingredients and heat thoroughly.
