Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. sweet pickles, chopped

Method

  • Boil potatoes; cool and cube.
  • Chop onion.
  • Put first 5 ingredients in large bowl and blend.
  • Add remaining ingredients and toss until mixed.
  • Cover and chill 4 hours before serving.
