Ingredients
- 1 can buttermilk biscuits
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- Cheddar cheese
Method
- Saute ground beef and drain off fat.
- Roll out biscuits to form flat circle.
- Brush biscuits with tomato sauce.
- Spread ground beef and top with cheese.
- Bake at 375° until crust is lightly browned.
- May vary by adding other toppings, such as green onions.
