Ingredients
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. butter
- 8 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 (6 oz.) cans clams
Method
- Melt butter and olive oil in pan.
- Saute garlic until soft and golden with 2 teaspoons of salt.
- Add cloves and simmer 2 minutes. Toss with 1 pound of linguine and serve with Parmesan cheese.
