Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 c. Swiss cheese
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. linguine noodles
Method
- Cook and drain noodles. Rinse with hot water and drain again. Mix sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over low heat until cheeses melt and sauce is well blended.
- Pour over noodles, coating well. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons Parmesan on top.
