Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin, cut in filets
  • 1 egg
  • saltines, crushed
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans milk
  • garlic salt

Method

  • Mix saltines with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pound filets to 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Dip in beaten egg, then in saltines.
  • Let set for 15 minutes.
  • Fry in butter until brown.
  • Mix together soup, 2 cans milk and garlic salt to taste.
  • Put filets in pan and pour sauce over.
  • Bake at 325° for 2 hours in oven or on simmer in an electric frypan.
  • Serve with rice or noodles.
