Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. ground hot sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1/2 Tbsp. anis
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- 2 loaves party rye bread
Method
- Brown chuck, sausage, onion and pepper; drain well.
- Add oregano and anis.
- Cut Velveeta into chunks.
- Add and stir until melted.
- Spread on bread.
- Bake in 350° oven 10 minutes.
