Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie shell
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sugar-free lime jello
- 1 (8 oz.) nonfat cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 small container low-fat whipped topping
Method
- Prepare jello according to package directions for quick-set. Beat cream cheese and gradually add jello mixture.
- Pour into pie shell and chill (at least 1 hour).
- Add whipped topping and serve. Almost fat and sugar-free.
