Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 whole Lime, Zest And Juice
  • 2 whole Green Onions (Scallions), Sliced On The Bias
  • 1/2 cups Panko Crumbs
  • Sesame Oil, For Drizzling
  • Salt And Black Pepper To Taste
  • Sesame Seeds, For Garnish

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray a small baking dish and set aside.
  • In a bowl, add rice, lime zest and juice, and scallions. Gently mix together and form rice patties. Coat with panko and place in the baking dish. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake 10 minutes until nicely browned. Plate, garnish with sesame seeds, and serve. We love these with baked lime chicken. Enjoy!
