- 3/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. Crisco
- 1/2 sq. melted chocolate
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 (15 oz.) Eagle Brand canned milk
- 1/4 c. lime juice with pinch of salt
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained well
- 2 to 3 drops green food color
- 3/4 c. cream, whipped
- 1 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. grated chocolate
Method
- Crust:
- Sift together flour, salt and sugar.
- Cut in Crisco and drip in melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle with cold water.
- Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
