Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 to 3 cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 (32 oz.) can tomato juice
- 1 pack dry onion soup mix
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook beef until lightly browned; drain.
- Combine all ingredients in electric slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low setting 10 to 12 hours or on high setting 5 to 6 hours.
- Yield: 10 servings.
