Ingredients

  • 3 oz tilapia fillet
  • 1/2 tsp extra light margarine
  • a sprinkle of chopped onions
  • a sprinkle of chopped garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method

  • 1. Heat the margarine in a small diameter pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until somewhat softened.
  • 2. Add garlic and continue cooking for a minute or two.
  • 3. Add the tilapia fillets.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Cover and cook over medium low heat until bubbling; turn to low to finish cooking.
  • If you like your fish with a lot of flavor, feel free to add some lemon juice, your favorite herbs or a blend of ready-mixed fish spices!
