Ingredients
- 3 oz tilapia fillet
- 1/2 tsp extra light margarine
- a sprinkle of chopped onions
- a sprinkle of chopped garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
Method
- 1. Heat the margarine in a small diameter pan over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until somewhat softened.
- 2. Add garlic and continue cooking for a minute or two.
- 3. Add the tilapia fillets.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 4. Cover and cook over medium low heat until bubbling; turn to low to finish cooking.
- If you like your fish with a lot of flavor, feel free to add some lemon juice, your favorite herbs or a blend of ready-mixed fish spices!
