Ingredients
- 4 lb. round steak, cubed
- 4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. red burgundy wine
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
Method
- Marinate meat in wine for 1/2 hour at room temperature.
- In 5-quart casserole, mix remaining ingredients and add meat mixture. Bake at 275° for 4 hours.
- Serve over egg noodles.
