- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 4 c. hot mashed potatoes
- 1 lb. cooked and buttered baby carrots
Method
- Combine
- and
- blend all ingredients except mashed potatoes and carrots.
- Pack
- into
- greased
- 9-inch round mold. Bake at 350°
- for
- 25 to 30 minutes.
- Gently remove meat from mold.
- Place on
- platter.
- Center
- of
- meat may be filled now with mashed potatoes surrounded by baby carrots.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
