Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice from concentrate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325°. In medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs, pecans, sugar and melted butter; mix well. Reserve 1/3 cup; press remaining mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan. Bake for 6 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.
